PassiveWall is a structural insulated panel system that has an exterior and interior lining made from COLORSTEEL® steel and varying thicknesses of polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation. The most dramatic benefit of the PassiveWall system is the speed that a new home can be constructed. With this system, the entire house structure is erected without any traditional framing or blockwork.

 

Once constructed the PassiveWall shell is weather tight, allowing internal trades to work simultaneously with exterior finishing. The finished house will look as good as any other home in the street but it can be constructed in a fraction of the time and with significantly better insulation.
